Not to be confused with THE Beast Within, where a girl gets diddled by a giant katydid, this is merely Beast Within, where the sensitive Robert goes to his grandpa’s country house to settle the geezer’s estate, bringing along the uptight, sweater-vest-wearing Eugene and the cool, leather-jacket-wearing Patrick.
‘Course, what’s a weekend in the country without inviting one slutty bimbo and one hot-but-no-nookie-likely girl over for a party?
Except it turns out that Grandpa was a crazy, zombie-virus-creating scientist, and pretty soon everybody’s zombie bait.
Nineteen dead bodies. Eight breasts. One beast. No giant katydids.
Drive-In Academy Award nominations for Philipp Danne as the sensitive Robert, for saying, “You think you can stop the virus? Nothing can stop the virus!”; Marvin Gronen as the cool Patrick, for saying, “Dude!”; Nikolas Juergens, who steals the movie as the uptight, more than a little creepy Eugene, for saying,“What do you know? Dissecting is the perfect training.” and “There’s a solution for everything in your happy little world.”; Birthe Wolter, as good girl Marlene, for saying, “He passed away quickly, but the birds found him first.”; and Anna Breuer as the slutty Vanessa, for being willing to pop her top, and for saying, “If you don’t send somebody over here right now, there’s gonna be a lot of dead people, and it’s gonna be your fault!” Three stars.

Joe Bob says check it out.
